It is interesting to note that given the vast integration of technology in business and everyday life, technology is only responsible for 11.2% of Global Wealth. Needless to say, technology has a lot of room to widen its contribution.
Another point worth noting is the percentage divide in Asia. Where is Japan? The mother of modern Technology (*Not post modern), extrapolating from the info-graphic, looks like Japanese don’t have much to show for in their bank accounts- given technology’s percentage share of the Japaneses GDP and global technology as a matter of fact.
And I take Brazil and South Africa to be representative of the “The Rest of the World”?
