Google Music's Looping holes

Decided to try Google Music. I hope spotify and itunes saw this coming  No wonder spotify recently “evolved” its desktop application.

Google Music is essentially like most music services out there. You can buy music from Google or upload your own music. Most services charge you for uploading your music unto their servers to access it elsewhere or bombard you with annoying voice ads, but google doesn’t. Google Music allows you to play your own music from their web interface from any computer and on up to 10 android devices. Not to mention you can download it back unto any computer.

I think Google just created a loophole in the music copyright battle. If Google isn’t going to  verify the copyright authenticity of of music uploaded, they just open up a pandora box. 

Off course, you can upload illegally downloaded music on itunes, but you can’t remotely access it on any computer for free. 

As far as I can tell so far, Google music givse you unlimited space to upload music and you have the privilege of “omnipresence“ access. I just uploaded music on my laptop and played it on another computer via google music.

The loophole here is the fact that they don’t verify where the music is coming from. (I am not condoning it) but you could torrent tons of music and put it on there, and they wouldn’t care. Instead they would give you the privilege of accessing your stolen music from any computer, from 10 android phones, and you can download it back unto any computer(but only twice) P2P just became legal.
